Meet the Founder
Over the past decade, Kimberly has worked at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, systems strategy, regional collaboration, and community-based problem solving. Her work has focused on helping organizations, public agencies, and cross-sector partners address some of the most complex social challenges facing communities today — including violence prevention, child and family wellbeing, victim services, mental wellness, and coordinated support systems for vulnerable populations.
What began as involvement in grassroots community initiatives evolved into a career centered on building, leading, strengthening, and scaling organizations and collaborative efforts designed to improve outcomes for children, families, and individuals impacted by trauma, abuse, violence, exploitation, and systemic barriers to care.
Kimberly is recognized for her ability to navigate complex systems, align diverse stakeholders, and develop practical strategies that bridge gaps between public agencies, nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems, philanthropy, education, and community partners. Her work emphasizes sustainable infrastructure, regional coordination, organizational stewardship, and long-term systems alignment rather than short-term or isolated solutions.
Throughout her career, she has served in executive leadership and governance environments requiring accountability to boards of directors, public systems, funding partners, staff teams, and community stakeholders. She co-founded and helped grow a regional organization serving children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, exploitation, violence, and trauma, and later assumed leadership of a long-standing agency supporting survivors and community safety efforts across the region.
Today, through The Arch Collaborative, Kimberly focuses on advancing strategic partnerships, systems coordination, organizational development, crisis and change management, and cross-sector collaboration initiatives that strengthen communities and improve service delivery across multiple sectors.
Known as a systems thinker and collaborative builder, Kimberly brings a unique ability to connect people, institutions, and ideas in ways that create durable, actionable solutions to highly complex community challenges. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful progress happens when organizations move beyond silos and work together with shared clarity, accountability, and purpose.
At the center of her work is a consistent guiding principle:
identifying the next right step that moves communities, organizations, and systems toward stronger, more coordinated outcomes.
